Customer service and satisfaction is a priority at SheLikesBVI.com, therefore, if there is something wrong with your order or items, please see below, and act within 5 business days after your order was delivered to you.
- Return Shipping is paid for by the customer.
- We will not issue store credit for a return before it has been inspected and approved for resale. We have to be sure that your returned item/s do not compromise the quality of products we serve to our customers.
- Please note that when a returned item says delivered to our Florida, US address, that is not the final destination. It still has a few days before it gets to us in the British Virgin Islands where we then Inspect it.
Refunds:
- Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a She Likes BVI E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item/s at our base in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands.
- We will not hold any item for an exchange, while a return is in progress. Once a return is received, you will be given store credit to place a new order.
Return Information:
- Original Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable
- Customers pay for costs associate with returns/exchanges, they are:
- Return shipping cost
- Items must be New, Unworn and in Original packaging to be returned.
- Discounted or Sale items are not eligible to be returned.
Return Process:
- Sign in to your account at shelikesbvi.com. If you did not create an account; use the email address you placed the order with, and a one-time six-digit verification code will be sent to your email address to log in. Once logged in:
- Select "Orders"
- Choose the order that has the item you'd like to return.
- Select the 'Request Return' button.
- Fill out the form.
- Expect a response within 48 business hours.
We reserve the right to Approve or Deny your return request based on our return policy at shelikesbvi.com
- If your return request is approved. You will be sent an invoice by email or a paypal link to pay for the Return Shipping Label.
- Once paid for, we will create the shipping label for you and send it to your email. You then print and attach it to the package you will be returning.
- We recommend that you use protective materials when packing the items to be returned. If returned item/s are received damaged or lost in transit, it will cancel/forfeit the store credit.
- When we receive the items, we will inspect them. Once their condition is approved as new and unworn.
- Then, you will receive your SHE LIKES BVI Gift Card with the amount equal to the value of the item/s returned.
- Use your E-Gift Card to place a new order for the items you desire. E-Gift cards are valid for 3 months.
