We are soooo excited to have you shopping with us but before you begin to place orders, we need you to understand the following:
- Orders being shipped to the USA & USVI are considered international sales (orders).
- We currently mail (ship) international orders on Fridays only.
- Estimated Delivery Time is 1-3 Business Days
- Orders placed before Wednesday 9:00 AM (AST) are shipped the Friday of that same week. Any order placed after that time, will be shipped on the next week's Friday.
- International sales can be exchanged if necessary.
- PayPal or ATH MÓVIL are the preferred payment options for international orders.
Why is USA/USVI international? Because ShelikesBVI.com is in the British Virgin Islands (a country within Caribbean). This is where all orders will be shipped from.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Can I track my package? Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it on the USPS website .
Please note, your tracking number will not show an update until the upcoming Friday when the package will be physically mailed out.
Who is your mail carrier? Final delivery is made by USPS.
How long will it take? Estimated 1-3 business days after the FRIDAY it was mailed out.
We recommend having your order placed by Wednesday 9am if you would like it shipped out the Friday of that same week, if not, it will be shipped out the next Friday.
Please note that contacting us before the Friday Mail Day & the estimated USPS delivery time range cannot change or quicken your delivery time.
Will my package be insured? Package Insurance up to $100 package value is included. In the event that your package or contents are damaged or missing, please contact USPS, to inquire of filing a claim.
How do I pay for my order? Paypal and ATH MÓVIL are the only acceptable payment options at checkout that can be used for international orders.
What if it doesn't arrive in 3 business days? In that unlikely event, please track your package on USPS website to see if there are any delays or actions required of you. If there are delays, please allow additional business days as advised by USPS Customer Service.
Can I exchange if something doesn't fit? Yes, You can return items to us to exchange with other items within 5 Business days of receiving your order.
- Email us at support@shelikesbvi.com to request your exchange.
- Send us the item/s in their original packaging. (the address will be given)
- We recommend that you choose a mailing service with tracking and insurance.
- When we receive the items, we will inspect them. Once their condition is approved, we will process the exchange for the new items you choose.
- We will let you know the shipping cost for the new items and the Customs Duty/Tax on the returned items. Once you've paid that total, your new items will be prepared to be sent to you
Other Important Information On Exchanges: (Mandatory)
- Customers will pay for the return shipping cost, Local Customs Duty/Tax on the Returned Items & the shipping cost of the new items chosen.
- Items must be New, Unworn and in Original packaging to be exchanged. If it is not when we inspect, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Discounted or Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged.
