Customer service and satisfaction is a priority at SheLikesBVI.com, therefore, if there is something wrong with your order or items, please see below:
Refund:
- All returns are only refunded via store credit in the form of a She Likes BVI E-Gift Card.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable; as this is a third party service that was paid and completed by the local ferry service companies.
- All costs associated with a return are to be paid for by the customer.
- We cannot cancel Paid Orders.
- We will not issue store credit OR send an exchange for your returned item before it has been inspected and approved for resale. We have to be sure that your returned item/s do not compromise the quality of products we serve to our customers.
Return Information:
- Returns must be requested and initiated within 3 business days after it was delivered to the customer.
- Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition.
- Items must be in original packaging. Shoes cannot be returned or exchanged if the box was discarded.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for costs associated with returns, they are:
- Shipping charge to return the items.
- Shipping charge to send New items, if it's an exchange.
- (the above costs are paid directly to the ferry office)
Return Process:
- Sign in to your account at shelikesbvi.com. If you did not create an account; use the email address you placed the order with, and a one-time six-digit verification code will be sent to your email address to log in. Once logged in:
- Select "Orders"
- Choose the order that has the item you'd like to return.
- Select the 'Request Return' button.
- Fill out the form.
- Expect a response within 48 business hours.
OR
- Request your return via phone or whatsapp, please let us know the reason for your return.
We reserve the right to approve or deny your return request based on our return policy at shelikesbvi.com
ONCE IT IS APPROVED:
- Send the item/s to us via the ferry. (pay the ferry agent for this service)
- When we receive, we inspect it, to ensure it is unworn, unmarked and new.
- We then send you a She Likes BVI E-Gift Card for the total amount valued for the item/s you returned.
- OR, if it's an Exchange: we send the new item/s you chose to you on the ferry. ***
- You collect your new items at the ferry office. (pay the ferry agent for this service)
***Exchanges:
- If the new item/s you chose to exchange with costs more than the returned item/s, you will pay the difference.
- If the new item/s you chose to exchange with costs less than the return items/s, we will refund you the difference via store credit in the form of a She Likes BVI E-Gift Card.
Wrong or Defective Items:
- If you have received a wrong or defective item in your order, please notify us via phone or whatsapp within 3 days after receiving the order so we can advise you accordingly.
- We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong/defective item shipped to you.
- Upon our discretion, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund via store credit in the form of a She Likes BVI E-Gift Card.
- If we made the error, and sent a wrong item, you can return it at our expense.
- We may require the defective item to be returned back to us (at our expense).
Defective But Worn Item:
- If you wore the item, it can not be returned or refunded, but please contact customer service by calling or whatsapp messaging 4998644 so we can assist otherwise.
Final Sale items:
- Items listed as Final Sale or is included in the $10 & Under collection, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
