Rush Delivery / After Hours -Virgin Gorda Delivery
Cost- $25
Is available when customers need an immediate / last minute delivery outside of our intended delivery schedule for that day.
OR
If the delivery is needed BEFORE 9am or AFTER 6pm.

Orders are processed and shipped from the Valley, Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands VG1150 on Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Cost- FREE
are hand delivered to customer in the Valley on the same day or next business day, 9am-6pm according to our delivery schedule.
Prior to delivery the customer will be contacted via phone or message to confirm place and time of delivery. The customer must provide a time and place so that delivery can be completed within the 24 hours after the order was place, or the order will automatically be cancelled. If an order is ever cancelled in this situation, the customer can reorder when it is more convenient for them.
Tortola Orders
Cost- $5 Flat Rate
are shipped out on the same or next business day via Sensation Ferry to the Road Town, Tortola ferry dock. The customer MUST collect their order from Sensation Ferry Office at the Road Town, Tortola ferry dock on the SAME DAY it was shipped. Sensation office only offers carrier services, not overnight storage. Sensation office in Road Town is open until 4:00 pm on Monday-Saturday.
Anegada OrdersCost - $7 & Up based on the size of the order.
are shipped via Anegada Express. Orders may be shipped out the same or next day. Customers MUST be at the ferry dock in Anegada to receive their order as it arrives to the island.
Prior to shipping the customer will be contacted via phone or message to confirm the best time for shipment based on Anegada Express's boat schedule.
Jost Van Dyke and Other Islands within the BVI
Cost - $9 & Up based on the size of the order.
are shipped via BVI Post Office. We are willing to send orders with other private vessels/services that the customer has access to. Please call or message us if you have another way that you would like to use to get the order to you.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email confirmation with information on when and where to Pick Up your order. Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive one.
Customers whose orders are being hand delivered in Virgin Gorda will receive this email when hand-delivery has been done.
Missing Package
If you go to pick up your order within the advised time and the carrier cannot find it, please call or message us so we can assist to trace and retrieve the package as quickly as possible. Small mistakes can happen while moving a package from one island to the other but once your order was dropped off to the carrier/ferry, it's more than likely still in their possession. This rarely occurs, but when it does, we (She Likes BVI & the Ferry) resolve it very quickly. (within an hour)
If you go to collect your order after the advised time, and then the carrier/ferry has difficulty finding the order/package. We are happy to assist in and it is likely it will be retrieved, but since it is beyond the advised time and the ferries do not offer package storage it may take longer to retrieve. We cannot estimate how long that may take.
Don't worry, in either situation it is EXTREMELY UNLIKELY that your package would not be later found for you.
Please note: That the ferry/carrier service is not a part of She Likes BVI. It is a third party service that is paid for to safely carry the package from one island to the other. When a package has been paid for and handed to a carrier/ferry, She Likes BVI can no longer be liable regarding the package during transit. Orders that cannot be found immediately or ultimately will not be refunded or replaced.
